I have attempted to resolve this by contacting phone # (214) 741-7700 but they state there is only one single person of management in the entire hotel by the name of Raul Diaz to which they could not give me a direct extension and is out of office till next week. I would recommend staying at a hotel where they train there staff to know proper operations to avoid situations such as these. We were treated poorly and left with our bags to sit in the main lobby for over 2 hours. We weren't able to make the reservations we made at a local restaurant. They attendant that informed us to fax this document in was rude and didn't care of all the hassle she was causing us. We had to have our party run all over town again to scan the document and email it to the hotel. Once this was completed we went to the front desk to confirm they received it and they now informed us the fax was broken.
The attendant there said it did need to be faxed and handed us a card with Megan Hansons name on it to confirm the fax number. We went back up to the front desk once the form was filled out with the party on the line to verify that it needed to be faxed in and to the number listed on the form. The first check in attendant kindly informed us of the form and emailed it to the party who needed to fill it out. I completely understand the need of an authorization form to be on file but the staff led us on a goose chase which left us frustrated and tired sitting in the lobby for over 2 hours. As a gift our parents took the kids and sent us away for the weekend, they booked the hotel online using their credit card. Unfortunately it was ruined by choosing to stay at Hotel Indigo In Downtown Dallas. I was very excited for my husbands weekend trip away to celebrate.
